Located at the Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort, The Brass Boer Curacao is one of the few high-end Fine Dining experience Restaurants on the Island. Make a Reservation as far in advance as you can, as it tends to be very heavily booked up.

The menu is created with detailed care by world-class Chefs and Sommeliers. What we feel is fantastic is that Jonnie & Thérèse Boer have found a wonderful balance of offering 5-star eating without ever losing the casual vibe of the island.

Alongside the A La Carte Menu, there is also a ‘6-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu’ as an option. It’s a brilliant ying and yang balance, that is not to be missed, if you are a High-End Foodie.
