The Natural Pool
The Natural Pool locally called Conchi, sits inside Arikok National Park on Aruba’s rugged northeast coast. It isn’t a classic sandy beach, but a volcanic-rock basin protected from the rough Atlantic by natural walls. Most people reach it by guided Jeep, ATV, or UTV tours, since the final stretch of road isn’t accessible with a regular car. That journey is part of the experience: you move through cactus fields, limestone hills, and open coastal views before climbing down the rocks toward the pool.
Once you’re there, the setting is very cool - quiet - tucked on the coastline. On calm days you can slip into the water for a short swim or snorkel inside the sheltered basin. When the waves are high, it’s better to stay on the rocks and enjoy the view - conditions change quickly here, and this spot is more about the scenery than a full beach-day setup
