In Dutch ‘Bijna Thuis’ means “Almost Home” - and that's what you can say here, if anyone calls asking “where are you?”.
This is the type of neighborhood bar where everyone knows one another by name! It’s a popular place for late-night drinks and a place to watch a Formula 1 race at 6AM on a Sunday morning, or other major sports events. Most of the time you will find the music controller in the bar, and anyone can choose a song.
It’s a pretty laid-back hangout bar, though on the weekends they have popular local bands playing and it can get really crowded, and that just adds to the ‘Cheers’ style atmosphere.
