07. ATMs
ATMs are widely available in Bonaire, including at the airport, in town centers, and near most hotels and service areas. The main banks operating ATMs are MCB (Maduro & Curiel’s Bank) and Banco di Caribe. Machines dispense US dollars only, and both walk-up and drive-through options can be found.
Most ATMs charge a small withdrawal fee, and your home bank may also apply an additional international transaction fee. It’s a good idea to notify your bank before traveling to enable international use of your debit or credit card, as some banks block Caribbean transactions by default.
