Bistro 91

Right on Nieuwestraat in Pietermaai, Bistro 91 brings a mix of Peruvian and French flavors to one of Curaçao’s busiest dining streets. Seafood plays a big role here — the ceviche gets talked about a lot — but the menu has plenty of variety if you’re not in the mood for fish.
Seating is split between two indoor spaces and a small outdoor terrace where you can catch the Punda Vibes crowd on Thursday nights. It’s a stylish and well thought-out spot that still feels approachable, with a mix of locals and visitors filling the tables. This is a favorite of the Otra Guide
team.
Reservations are recommended, especially on Thursdays.
