Tucked away on the backside of a Punda Building, Urban Angel is rumored to be Curaçao’s very first large-scale street mural, painted by Garrick Marchena in 2009. The challenge? Finding a time when no cars are blocking it. Marchena, striking portraits and symbolic imagery, often featuring children, animals, and birds representing innocence and freedom and can be found around the Island.
