Chef Marco cooks with passion and flair over an open pit fire, grilling meat and fish to smoky perfection. If you’re a meat lover, we suggest you go for it here—but there’s also always a good selection of fish and seafood for the grill. We’re fans of the stew (stoba) as well, and Marco always offers interesting side dishes. Even though it’s located right off the busy Caracassbaaiweg, the setting is magical, with wooden tables beneath a massive, enchanting tree. Here, the noise seems to fade away, allowing you to lose yourself in food, drink, conversation, and the wafting smoke and embers of the chef’s fire.
