Jewish Cultural Historical Museum
Located in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Willemstad, the Jewish Cultural Historical Museum offers a comprehensive look at nearly 400 years of Jewish life in Curaçao. Founded in 1970, the museum showcases over 1,000 objects, photographs, and books detailing the history of the island's Jewish community from 1634 to the present. The museum's collection includes items still in use at the adjacent Mikvé Israel-Emanuel Synagogue, the oldest in continuous use in the Americas. Visitors can explore the rich cultural heritage and contributions of the Jewish community to Curaçao's development.
