Located near the entrance of the Hofi Mango National Park, Kultura Kòrsou offers creole cuisine created by chef Willy Balentina. His kitchen creates unique combinations of flavors using high-quality, fresh, and local ingredients. Chef Balentina honed his skills in some of the most prestigious kitchens, including De Librije (Jonnie Boer), Ron Gastrobar (Ron Blaauw), Joelia (Mario Ridder), and the 4-star Castell d’Empordà hotel. Balentina has made it his mission to pass on his knowledge, training young talent to become the next generation of chefs on the island, elevating Curaçaoan cuisine to a star level, while emphasizing local ingredients to promote sustainability and stimulate the local economy.
