Chef Gabriel Fleijsman made quite a stir by opening a high-end Gourmet Fine Dining Restaurant on the Island, and we are all glad he did. He cooks with only the freshest ingredients he can find that day – yes, he is that level of chef.
The menu isn’t large, as attention is paid to the quality not the quantity. But Fresh Caught Fish, Duck Breast, Confit Rib-Eye, and Vegetarian Ravioli are the sort of big-ticket entrees you’ll find on the menu, and you can of course pair them with Fine Wines and Cocktails.
Now imagine that this culinary hideout is nestled in the natural setting of Bohémi Resort on the former plantation Klein St. Michiel. A preserved forest with century old trees. Huzzah! Just remember to book far in advance or you may miss out.
