An intimate, family-run Italian trattoria that’s been a Bonaire staple since 2000. Donna and her Sardinian husband Giorgio settled here over 20 years ago, bringing authentic Mediterranean flavors to their cozy, living-room style dining room. Chef Giorgio works with “loving nonchalance,” blending simplicity and precision in each dish, making it feel like dinner at a friend’s home. This is a favorite of so many of our friends.
