Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation.
2️⃣ Quiet Hours
Keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM to respect neighbors.
3️⃣ No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony.
4️⃣ No Parties or Events
This is a residential community—please keep gatherings small and respectful.
5️⃣ Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6️⃣ Pool & Common Areas
Follow all condo association rules when using shared spaces.
7️⃣ Kitchen & Appliances
Feel free to use everything, but clean up after yourself.
8️⃣ Trash & Recycling
Please dispose of trash in designated bins.
9️⃣ A/C & Energy Use
Turn off A/C, lights, and appliances when leaving the condo.
🔟 Security & Locking Up
Lock all doors and windows when leaving for safety.
