Bali Curacao

This is a large and inviting restaurant and bar conveniently located off the main road to the West Point Beaches. They serve homemade Indonesian, Thai and Surinamese dishes, all with Caribbean ingredients. We stop here often for a bite and a drink on the way home from the beach, and always enjoy it. Great appetizers for snacking and large rice and noodle dishes for sharing.

Bowls Noodle Bar Curacao

Don’t judge this little gem by its understated appearance, as it is quickly becoming known as one of the best restaurants in town for great food, and at a very reasonable price. Nothing fancy – just wonderful Asian Fusion food with truly inspired Ramen. They really work on creating a memorable flavor profile. Chicken Dumplings, Bone Broth Soup, Gyoza, Shrimp Stir Fry are all yummy. Nice big portions as well!

Chopstix Sushi

Located conveniently on Santa Rosa Road, this is one of the go-to Sushi and Japanese Food Restaurants on the Island, popular with locals and visitors. They have a lot of the Sushi Rolls you would expect and want, and some unique twists on the Rolls as well. They have seating inside and out - and a lot of people order pickup or delivery.

Craving Sushi

This is a Sushi Restaurant, but you can also find Steaks, Seafood, Dim Sum and Oriental Dishes on the menu. They also make a point of having some Vegan and Vegetarian options. We have had great service and food every visit. This venue can also handle large groups for parties or events. It’s a bit of a drive from most places, but there is lots of parking.

Located just across from the Janwe church, Ho Wah offers delicious Chinese dishes in a relaxed ambiance. This restaurant also serves Dim Sum, a traditional Chinese lunch featuring a variety of small dishes, available from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Izakaya Sushi Bar

This restaurant is part of the Marriott Beach Resort. Don’t be intimidated by the perfectly manicured entrance and fountains of the hotel - the atmosphere here is totally relaxed, beach casual and welcoming. The restaurant serves Sushi and Japanese-inspired cuisine of Small Plates and Assorted Fish. It is located within the big open-concept main lobby of the hotel and is attached to the main bar, and partnered with a kitchen that serves a wide variety of international foods, so you can mix and match if only part of your party wants Sushi. TIP: It can be a bit salty, so have a cocktail in hand.

Kyoto Sushi & Grill

One of the higher-quality Sushi Restaurants on Curaçao, that also features a Japanese Teppan Grill, which is delicious, but also very entertaining to watch at its chef's table. They have a selection of Raw Bar and Seafood Delicacies that are flown in, and great Local Tuna Sashimi. If you are not in the mood for an eat-in dinner, they also do take-out sushi.

Lam Yuen

This classic Chinese Food Restaurant has been around since 1958 and has maintained that fun vintage throw-back interior. The restaurant is very popular with the local crowd, and they serve up generous plates of all the traditional dishes you expect and love, plus some original Caribbean/Asian Fusion recipes, and they are happy to point out Vegan and Vegetarian options on the menu too. The staff is super friendly, and the bar area is always fun to squeeze into for a simple Cocktail or Beer while you wait for take-out or a table in the red-on-red dining room. There is a fun vibe to this restaurant from the moment you enter - it’s a favorite of The Otra Team, for a quick snack and drink. As a bonus, they are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. TIP: A cool, dark escape on a hot sunny day.

The Green House Bar & Restaurant - Mambo Beach

This restaurant has two locations, at Mambo Beach and Santa Maria. It was was founded by three brothers, whose concept was to serve a really wide variety of Mediterranean/Caribbean/Asian influenced food and brightly colored tropical cocktails. Sushi, Shish Kababs, Tacos, Shoarmas, Steaks, Fish, Lamb, Pork, Shrimp, Conch, Falafel, Pastas, Burgers, Goat Stew and much much more...we are dizzy just trying to imagine how the kitchen cooks so many things, but they do, to good reviews - awards - and a loyal returning clientele - so kudos to them.
